Yes, we offer FREE artwork service. However we will charge some revision fee when artwork revised over 3 times required by your side, please kindly understand.
FREE sample can be sent to you (our stock samples), kindly note freight collect at your side.
If we get all clear request of the products from your side then It takes 30 mins to 1 hour to make a quotation sheet for you.
It usually takes 3 days, but finally depending on the artwork complexity and the workload of the design team. No more than 5 days normally.
Usually, the time of each process is almost changeless. Please allow up 10-15 days before delivery for your rush orders. If you need to expedite your order, please consult our consultant manager in advance.
No worries, we will help you keep the mold for 3 years, during this time, you don’t need to pay any mold fee for the same design.
