We have a comprehensive HACCP system, all medals will have a detailed inspection before shipment. If you find any defects when you receive the medals, please contact us in time, we will re-make them for you quickly.
Yes, we can send you free samples (samples of our stock), please note that shipping costs are at your own expense. If possible, we would like to use your courier account (e.g. DHL, FedEx or UPS).
